Tiansland LDX zinc pyrithione antibacterial product is a high activity broad-spectrum bactericide, which conforms to the latest green coating technology standard. Tiansland LDX is a kind of fine particle dispersion with high viscosity, which is specially formulated to avoid discoloration due to interaction with various elements that may exist in some coating formulations. It is suggested that soluble iron can react with LDX active component and form gray green.
LDX is almost insoluble in water, so the bactericide will not be leached out of the paint film or migrated out of the film-forming agent or alcohol solvent. In addition, zinc pyrithione LDX has excellent thermal stability, over 120 hours at 100 ℃ and high decomposition temperature (240 ℃), so it will not be powdered, faded or discolored. It has broad-spectrum effect on mold and algae growing on the surface of paint film.

Usage / dosage :
LDX is suitable for alkaline emulsion paint system with pH > 7. It is not recommended for alkyd resin containing metal carboxylic acid desiccant or highly alkyd modified emulsion paint.
Tiansland LDX can be used for all types of building emulsion paint, internal and external walls can be, but for internal wall emulsion paint can reduce the dose.

Way of adding
LDX zinc pyrithione can be added at any stage. It is recommended to add LDX at grinding or dispersion stage to ensure the best dispersion effect in paint formulation.
