Tiansland EPW is a water-borne dispersion composed of many active ingredients. It is specially used to resist mold and algae contamination and provide comprehensive and thorough protection for the surface of dry film. It can be used in interior and exterior wall coatings and putty.

Application
Tiansland EPW can be used as dry film, mildew proof and algicidal agent for the following products: Interior and exterior wall coatings 0.5 ~ 2.0 % putty 0.3 ~ 1.0 % Antimicrobial activity Tiansland EPW has broad spectrum of anti mildew and algae resistance, and can effectively kill harmful microorganisms.

Use Suggestions
Tiansland EPW is a water-borne dispersion, which can be added at any stage of emulsion paint production. It is recommended to add Tiansland EPW at the early stage of the production process to achieve the best dispersion effect. In order to ensure product efficiency, it must be evenly stirred before adding.
As a pumpable water dispersant, the flow performance of Tiansland EPW is sufficient to ensure that it can be used in the automatic production of closed pipelines. Waterborne coating system will not change color and other compatibility problems when using Tiansland EPW. Due to the large number of coating systems on the market, it is recommended to test the compatibility and microbial properties of this product for the first time. Stability
Thermal stability: Tiansland EPW is stable below 100 C.
pH stability: Tiansland EPW can be used in a system with a pH value of 2 - 10.
Solubility
The water solubility of active components in Tiansland EPW is very low, so the product has excellent anti-elution performance and can play a long-term protective role in the coating.
Packaging / storage
25Kg/ barrel, Tiansland EPW is sensitive to frost, so it should be stored at 10 ~40 C. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. The original packaging of the sealed shelf life is 1 years.
