Tiansland PG503 is a broad-spectrum fungicide that can prevent fungi from growing on water-based or solvent-based coatings. It can also be used to prevent mildew on the surface of wood or other products. Especially suitable for interior and exterior wall coatings, synthetic leather, leather, wood protection products, adhesives, fillers and sealants.

Usage/dosage:
Tiansland PG503 is recommended to prevent fungi from growing on wet surfaces and products, especially for interior and exterior wall coatings, synthetic leather, leather , wood protection products, adhesives, fillers and sealants. If water-borne products are not contaminated by bacteria and fungi in wet state, it is suggested that Tiansland Co. Ltd. be used together with preservatives in tanks. The optimum concentration should be determined according to the performance requirements of the coatings and the environmental conditions of application. The recommended concentration is 0.1 - 5.0%. For special applications, please consult the local Tiansland Microbial Technology Center for accurate concentration
Usage/compatibility
Tiansland PG503 is proposed to be added in the final stage of the production process, and to be fully stirred and evenly dispersed in the product. For the formulation of white or light-colored exterior wall coatings, color stability test must be done before adding this product, because climate may cause occasional light yellow color change of coatings. Tiansland PG503 is compatible with most of the raw materials in the recommended products, but if the formula contains heavy metal desiccant, it may halogenate and lead to corrosion of metal containers. Therefore, when using this product for the first time, users are advised to conduct experiments or ask Tiansland Company for more usage information.
